This is a low-calorie diet with restriction of carbohydrates and fats. Using this diet plan you will be able to lose few pounds and stabilize your metabolism in 3 days time.

The first day:
Breakfast:
170 g of grapefruit juice, 3 slices of black bread with Soya milk.
Lunch:
170 g of fresh or boiled vegetables and 1/2 cup of boiled beans.
Dinner:
115 g of low-fat cottage cheese with 1 cup of fried mushrooms and 1 cup of siliceous peas, 2 cups of boiled brown rice.
Dessert:
A small rice pudding with 2 teaspoons of jam.

The second day:
Breakfast:
2 pancakes with fresh strawberries (or other berries).
Lunch:
1 cup of chillies (stewed vegetables), 1 fresh corn, 1 cup of fruit salad.
Dinner:
2 slices of black bread with low-fat cottage cheese, 1 portion of vegetable salad.
Dessert:
2 plums, 1 cup of sherbet.

The third day:
Breakfast:
2 slices of black bread with low-fat cottage cheese.
Lunch:
1 cups of stewed vegetables, 1 slice of rye bread.
Dinner:
2 big peppers, stuffed with rice and corn; 1 cup of boiled broccoli.
Dessert:
1 cups of low-fat yogurt, 1 cup of fresh strawberries.

It is recommended to drink no less than 6 or 8 glasses of water a day and drink it preferably before the meal.

This is low calorie four day diet plan which will help you lose 6 pounds fast. You can apply this diet plan only once in ten days. If you want to use it longer than four days I recommend you add meat (preferably chicken) and multivitamins tablets or different fruits.

First day
Breakfast: 1 orange + 2 boiled eggs + 1 cup of black coffee without sugar.
Lunch: 8 prunes (hold prunes in the water for 4 hours before meal).
Dinner: 1 egg + 1 orange.

Second day
Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee + some low-fat cottage cheese.
Lunch: 1 egg + 1 orange.
Dinner: 1 pear + 1 glass of milk.

Third day
Breakfast: 1-2 glasses of tea with one teaspoon of honey.
Lunch: 1 tomato + 1 cucumber + a piece of cheese.
Dinner: 1 glass of milk.

Fourth day
Breakfast: muesli with juice or milk.
Lunch: 1 cucumber + 1 tomato.
Dinner: 2 oranges.

It is also recommended to drink as much water as you can to get best results.
