The main components of the diet are salads and raw vegetables. There are a few restrictions; you are not allowed to eat any kind of bread, sweets, potatoes, pasta or noodles.
It is recommended to drink only mineral non-carbonated water and as much as you can.
This is the daily menu:
Breakfast - an orange, orange-lemon organic juice or one grapefruit. You are not allowed to add sugar to any of this.
Lunch - salad made of different kind of vegetables (as much as you want) mixed with one tablespoon of olive oil and sprinkled with lemon juice.
Dessert - raisins, prunes and figs.
Dinner - salad made of raw vegetables in their own juice (for example: spinach, cabbage, carrots, turnip and cauliflower). A little bit nuts or sweet fruits like apples, pears, plums, cherries.
With this diet you will not only lose pounds but you will be filled with energy.
If you are very hungry you can have a little bit of chicken without skin. Do not forget to drink a glass of water before each meal.
