It is not difficult to guess from the title that this diet plan is based on cabbage soup. Here’s the diet cabbage soup recipe: small cabbage 1 kg, 6 medium onions, 7 tomatoes, 2 green peppers. Cut all vegetables into pieces, add cold water and boil for 15-20 minutes until vegetables become soft. Add salt or spices.

It’s allowed to eat diet cabbage soup in any quantities.

Here is Diet cabbage soup 7 day diet plan:

1 day - soup and fruits: any fruit except bananas.
Day 2 - soup and vegetables: any fresh, stewed (without oil), boiled vegetables.
a bit of boiled potatoes with a small amount of oil.
Day 3 - soup, vegetables and fruits. Except potatoes.
4 day - soup, vegetables and fruits. 2 bananas and a glass of fat free milk.
5 day - soup, beef and tomatoes. 400-500 g boiled beef or chicken (without skin) or fish and as many fresh tomatoes as you want.
6 day - soup, beef and green vegetables: lettuce, cabbage, cucumbers, green pepper.
7 day - soup, brown rice, vegetables, fruit juice. Any vegetables which you can add to rice. Fruit juice without sugar.

You should drink a lot of water (preferably non-carbonated mineral) 1,5-2 litres a day, tea, coffee without sugar. Prohibited: alcohol, sugar, bread, sweets. You can drink alcohol only at night time after the diet.
You should eat at least 3 times a day, and better - 4-5.
