Lose pounds on your hips - Diet and exercise

There are no specific frames for this diet, you just need to apply it before your goals are reached.
It is necessary to exclude alcohol and fatty foods from your menu. Try to consume more fruits especially grapefruits and water-melons. Grapefruit burns fats and water-melon cleanses your body.
Every day eat half of a small water-melon and 3 grapefruits (one for each meal)
For each day you need to choose one of the following meals:
1) 150 g of mushrooms prepared on grill, one boiled potato and big portion of vegetable salad with 1 table spoon of olive oil.
2) Two beefsteaks prepared on grill with tomatoes, two table spoons of corn grains.
3) 50 g any sugar free corn flakes and one glass of low-fat organic yogurt.
And here is very easy exercise for your hips: lay on the back, rise your legs on 30 centimeters from the ground and do “scissors”. Do 5 sets, each set 30-50 times.
If you will do everything correctly you will be able to see results at the end of the first week.
